For this project, we carried out a conversion/change of use of an existing office space into a family house over 3 levels.

The conversion consisted of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a bespoke kitchen, and new courtyard glazing. Electrical installation was upgraded to include all new lighting and fittings. Timber floor finish was installed throughout the lower level and the 3rd floor master suite consisted of the bedroom, bespoke dressing room joinery and a luxury shower room. 

The project was carried out for a developer who put the house on the market immediately post completion.
